Bri's Bungalow combines Old Nags Head Cove nostalgia with new beach house style! This classic beach box has been completely renovated throughout. Updated fixtures and finishes along with a neutral color palette make Bri's Bungalow look and feel like a newly constructed home. No need to stress about sandy feet and paws - you won't find any carpet in this house! Gorgeous hardwood floors run throughout the common areas and bedrooms, and the bathrooms feature stylish wood-look tile. After a day at the beach or out in the boat, come home and relax in the spacious and comfortably furnished great room. The open-concept layout encourages quality time spent together and provides fantastic flow and sightlines into the kitchen. The chef in your group will appreciate the stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and island for plenty of prep space. Serve meals al fresco on the expansive sun deck with outdoor dining set. It overlooks a large, grassy yard ideal for kids, dogs and yard games.
Bri's Bungalow is situated in Old Nags Head Cove, a community designed for life on the water. Take advantage of the canals and sound access with parking, where you can launch paddleboards and kayaks. Have a larger vessel in mind? Bring your boat and use the community boat ramp for a nominal fee. Guests also have the option of purchasing daily or weekly passes to the soundfront community pool. Dogs are welcome at Bri's Bungalow, so your four-legged friends can join you out on the boat, on the beach or simply walking around the neighborhood!
Centrally located at milepost 13.5 in Nags Head, Bri's Bungalow is within a mile radius of everything you'll need for a relaxing and memorable Outer Banks vacation. Walk to the Outer Banks Mall and browse an array of shopping and dining options, including two grocery stores. Also nearby are two public beach accesses at Enterprise Street and another at Loggerhead Street, both of which provide parking.

We had a fantastic time at Bri's Cottage. It's in the ideal location and situated in a wonderful and quiet neighborhood. It was really nice to switch between beach in the morning and then hit the pool in the afternoons. The place was clean and well-stocked with all the essential dish and cooking ware. We'd definitely consider rebooking with Village Realty. The company was very responsive, organized, and helped make our vacation extremely enjoyable.- Posted: 8/3/2024

Bri's Cottage is situated in a ideal location and is part of a lovely neighborhood community. Our whole family, including our senior pup, enjoyed sitting on the porch and being cooled by the Sound/ocean cross breezes. There's loads of activities within minutes of the cottage and the public beach access is a very short drive away. We'd switch between the beach in the morning to the community pool in the afternoon. It was our first time to OBX and Village Realty made it all the better with timely messages and clear instructions/details. We'd definitely consider rebooking at Bri's Cottage as we ended up not having enough time to see and do all we wanted to on this trip.- Posted: 8/3/2024

Perfect place
The cottage is absolutely perfect for 2 to at the most6 .It is a place we will return to and we are particular people.there is only one drawback and that’s there’s no emergency vet care closer than a 2 hour drive- Posted: 5/7/2023
