This fantastic home was built and designed for first class family vacations. Custom-built with many extras including elevator and den. Close to the beach and featuring a 14' x 30' private pool, hot tub, pool table, foosball and more. One of Ocean Sands' finest homes will make a perfect destination for your family.
4 Master bedrooms, TVs, Blu-ray player DVD player, WiFi, 2 dishwashers, 2 washer/dryers, 2 full-size refrigerators, 2 microwaves.
Outside amenities include a grill, outside shower, sun decks. Gorgeous ocean views from top level.
No pets allowed (no exceptions - owner is highly allergic). No smoking/vaping. Parking for 7 cars.

Phoenix Rising, was absolutely beautiful home. We loved the home the elevator was definitely a must and made it easy to unload and load all of our stuff and I was so glad I have knee issues and have had a total hip replacement and I truly than God I didn't have to climb any steps. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and omg the mattress I got good rest each of our three nights we all said that it was something about them as soon as you laid down, you would fall fast to sleep without any wake ups during the night. Phoenix Rising had plenty of space for our family to enjoy each other during games, dinner and just good ole conversations. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals the only thing the refrigerator didn't cool all that well, but there was another one on the gameroom floor so when you are handed lemons make lemonade and enjoy. The men loved the pool table and the hot tub was great. We walked to the beach with the little ones. The response time to our issues was exceptional.- Posted: 4/1/2024

Sept. 3-24, 2023-7th consecutive year at Phoenix Rising (OSA-05). We love this house- location adjacent a half mile expanse of non-developed land (have seen deer and coyotes in past years) is great and close to beach access. The built-in "old school" CD player in lower level for pool side music fits fantastically for my 300 CD collection, which I bring each year (no need for "boom box). The large kitchen has almost all the utensils, gadgets and devices a chef would use. Large windows in Great Room and dining provide great views of the empty expanse. Modern TVs in all bedrooms, great room and media room- awesome. We will book it for 2024!- Posted: 9/1/2023

This house was amazing - clean and well stocked. Our only complaint is that that neither dryer worked. The situation was not resolved after multiple calls to the realty company. We were unable to do laundry all week, which was a huge inconvenience.- Posted: 8/1/2023

This was a great house for my family. We had 14 people in the house for the week. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach, but worth it for the price. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and the double ovens were great. Pool area was fantastic.- Posted: 7/11/2023

We absolutely loved this rental!It had the best stocked kitchen, no need to bring anything extra with you. It is decorated so nice, loved the animal themed rooms. The view out the back is one you will not find very often, we watched deer and birds all week.Its so private, nobody looking at us in the pool from a neighboring house. Nice short walk to the beach access. Ocean Sands is one of the most beautiful areas in Corolla. We would definitely rent this house again!- Posted: 7/11/2023

Words cannot describe how great this place was — from a kitchen that was outfitted with kitchen appliances galore, to games that saved us from rainy days at the beach, to beds that gave us the best sleep that our party had had in a while — you can’t go wrong if you book this place for a family or group of friends looking to spend a few peaceful days at the beach!
