For the Halibut was perfect for us! The location is close to restaurants, shopping, and biking and walking paths. The unit was nicely appointed and the beds comfortable. The free bagels from Lighthouse Bagels was a nice touch too! My only suggestion is that the cookware be updated as some pots had loose handles and visible flaking.- Posted: 11/2/2024

For the Halibut was such a cute space and we loved staying there as we explored the OBX. It’s a short walk from the beach and short drive from all of the things to do in Corolla, as well as not far from the 4x4 beach. Would recommend!- Posted: 10/26/2024

We had a fabulous time at For the Halibut! The home was easy to find and had the perfect amount of space! You can tell the owners put a lot of care into keeping it beautiful. We had plenty of cookware and space to make some meals. We appreciated the clean linens and tasteful decor. The beach was a quick two minute walk. We can’t wait to return!!- Posted: 10/12/2024

Our week at The Halibut in the Outer Banks was awesome. Location is perfect, 2 minutes from the beach, which is absolutely amazing. The space is clean and bright. Comfy king size bed. Perfect for pets too. Corolla is a great location, lots of shops and restaurants. Check out the wild horses.- Posted: 5/4/2024
