With an excellent location between Duck and Corolla, the Seaside Villas condos in Ocean Sands are a short drive from all the entertainment and conveniences of both towns, including shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and golf. The new Corolla bike path connects all of Ocean Sands north to Whalehead.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very nice. The only recommendations I have are to either invest in more comfortable beds, or add a memory foam topper to them, and maybe replace shower curtain liners (clean but stained toward bottom).- Posted: 10/21/2023

Beach getaway.
The property is less then a 5 minute walk from the beach and centrally located. We went during off season so we practically had the beach to ourselves. It was amazing for sunrise. The property was a perfect size for us (2 people). The property was clean but there were 2 dead roaches. The beds weren't the most comfortable but it's location was great and staff friendly. Great location, very clean property
We had a very nice 4-night stay. The property was very clean and well kept and the short walk (less than 3 minutes) to the beach was super convenient.
