"House was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Adequate linens supplied. Spa and private pool were immensely enjoyed. Kitchen well stocked - could have used a cutting board and a Keurig coffee maker. House overall was very well maintained. We had a wonderful time. The beach access within walking distance was steep for people with disabilities. Overall a great place to enjoy family time. Jan and family."

"Only gave 4 stars due to the location of the house. The house was wonderful. Well equipped and decorated. Bedding was very comfortable. The 4-star review is based on the distance to the beach and we knew that going in, so just being honest here.
Staying in this house during this time of year was a real pleasure; not many people in mid-May. I would highly recommend this house for someone looking for a bargain and does not mind a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, including a small stretch thru what a local resident called "The Fairy Forest". This is the covered/shady area mentioned in other reviews."

"Very nice house, enjoyed staying there - Suntastic was a great house for our needs. We had 8 people and a dog. Rooms were comfortable and cool. There was no lingering animal smell and the house was clean and neat. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and appliances if you love to cook. There are games and puzzles and the Dish TV worked great. Even though it’s in a cul-de-sac with 4 other houses, it is very private-set back off the street and woods all around it. Thank you! We had a great time!"

"Great Memorial Day Getaway! - My family of 5 had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day Weekend. The house had a great layout and was very clean. Towels and sheets were provided and the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and dishes. We loved the old Fisher Stereo system! The pool and hot tub were great to have at the house and the walk to the beach was under 10 minutes. We used both the gas grill and charcoal grill. It was great to be able to bring our dog with us ~ she very much enjoyed her stay as well. We also happily cashed in on the offer of a free dozen of bagels ~ thank you! The rental agency contacted us about an issue with the dishwasher, which was resolved easily. My only note to future guests would be that although the kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishes, there is NO basic cooking supplies such as salt, pepper, oil, etc. Would absolutely return!"
