The house is equipped with a large private pool for one or more families to play and relax in and a private hot tub to help wind down after your day of fun in the sun and a Rec Room with a card table and foosball table for those sports challenges. All family members will love Shore Beats Workin', including your four-legged family friends! And yes, in addition to all that the home is equipped with an elevator. So no need to drag those groceries up three flights of stairs. Save all that energy for your fun and enjoyment.

Family time will be the highlight of the day, to share activities and memories of the day during your gathering on the huge decks on two levels or in the over-sized great room. Meal preparation will be a breeze in the kitchen, stocked for your convenience. Three master bedrooms with full baths, plus 2 additional bedrooms offer plenty of opportunity for private time.

The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, large serving bowls, etc… Elevator was great to use to unpack and pack up, along with two visitors with bad knees! Hot tub didn’t work first day and service technician arrived quickly when we called to fix the problem.

We have had a lovely stay at Shore Beats Workin." The house includes everything we needed and was spotless and well maintained. We enjoyed the the pool, the short walk to the beach, the porches, the game console, basketball hoop, and the grill. We love that this house is pet friendly and has an elevator! There was a brief issue with the 3rd floor air conditioning which was resolved quickly with a call to Village Realty. This is our third year coming to the Outer Banks for a family vacation and third realty company for houses in Southern Shores and Corolla and Village Realty is the keeper!

Beautifully decorated- great bedrooms for family of 5 - with 3 adultish children. Good location to shopping & beaches - we drive into Whalehead to their beach. The welcome gift basket was amazing!

The house was spotless when we entered. Beautiful decor throughout the home. Not a long walk to the beach at all. The outside area was spacious and private from the neighbors. The elevator was super helpful getting our bags and groceries to the upper levels and one of our family members has trouble with the stairs so it was perfect for him. The house fit all of our needs and will definitely be renting this house again next year . Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The home is beautiful and just as described and photos listed, we didn’t get to enjoy the grill the last day as the gas tank was empty all in all the stay was amazing and can’t wait to return.

Our family of 9 had a wonderful time at ShoreBeatsWorkin’ in Corolla! The house is very spacious giving everyone privacy yet plenty of places to congregate.The kitchen is very well stocked! We even used the panini press and just about every pot one night to cook dinner!The house is sparkling clean, the beds are very comfortable and the property is a short walk to the beach even with children and equipment in tow. We were visiting off season which was very quiet.We found the Village Realty staff to be helpful, professional and quick to answer our questions or to resolve even the smallest request! I will use VR again. It was a seamless rental and our first time to Corolla which gave us a memorable and peaceful vacation! Thank you to the owners and to the management company!
