QE3: The Quay E3

I love the Quay townhomes and usually stay in the summer. I don't know if it's a problem for winter, but the heating unit was very loud and only the top floor stayed warm. That's my only main complaint. Minor complaint: never could figure out the tv in the upstairs, ocean front bedroom. This was in the Quay E3. Suggest a check up for the heating unit.

This was our third time staying in E3 and overall we love this unit and hope to stay again in the future. The kitchen is in need of more spoons and new skillets. Commode in upstairs queen bedroom was slow to empty with multiple flushes, maybe due to low water level. Ocean side balcony door tracks were caked with sand which made them difficult to open and close. (I know this is a hazard of being close to the ocean but the balconies looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in awhile)

The property was older but in good condition with newer kitchen countertops and updated bathrooms. We discovered several small issues, such as a kitchen sink disposal not working, a coffee maker that leaked all the time and a damaged hinge on the mast bedroom door that prevented the door from closing. Village Realty was very responsive and had someone come out within hours to fix the issues.

We had an excellant stay at QE3. It was a home away from home ocean front. Hubby birthday and he loves to fish. Gets alittle warm on top floor but nothing a fan cant fix. House had everything i needed for the week. Would definitely book again

It was a great stay and a great place. Would stay here again. 2 things- clean under beds and leave extra toilet paper please. Otherwise, was perfect with everything we needed. Thank-you!!

When we first arrived, the heat was under-performing but it was only about 25 degrees out and with wind gusts of about 30MPH. I contacted the emergency line and they were very responsive and had a technician out in less than 24 hrs. The gentleman was super nice and accommodating. Turns out, there was nothing wrong with the heat. The issue was with a huge draft at the front door. The property was very spacious and the description was spot on. The property was clean and well-appointed with all the cooking tools needed as well as enough toiletries to get you started. The location was great as well - there was a Fresh Market, Food Lion, a small outlet mall and lots of other shops within either walking distance or just a short drive away. The outside patio furniture was in great condition as well. There were so many positives to staying here and my family and I would stay here again without a question. Thank you for being such great hosts, Village Realty!
