"The property was older but in good condition with newer kitchen countertops and updated bathrooms. We discovered several small issues, such as a kitchen sink disposal not working, a coffee maker that leaked all the time and a damaged hinge on the mast bedroom door that prevented the door from closing. Village Realty was very responsive and had someone come out within hours to fix the issues."

"Wonderful! - When we first arrived, the heat was under-performing but it was only about 25 degrees out and with wind gusts of about 30MPH. I contacted the emergency line and they were very responsive and had a technician out in less than 24 hrs. The gentleman was super nice and accommodating. Turns out, there was nothing wrong with the heat. The issue was with a huge draft at the front door. The property was very spacious and the description was spot on. The property was clean and well-appointed with all the cooking tools needed as well as enough toiletries to get you started. The location was great as well - there was a Fresh Market, Food Lion, a small outlet mall and lots of other shops within either walking distance or just a short drive away. The outside patio furniture was in great condition as well. There were so many positives to staying here and my family and I would stay here again without a question.
