Such a nice property! Fully stocked kitchen so you could make decent meals, great appliances that were clean and fully functioning, decor was just enough to make it cozy! We really appreciated the large selections of DVDs. Condo was in the perfect location to beach access. We really enjoyed our stay and high recommend this condo to others. It would be nice to have been provided with dish towels and a broom. There was a vacuum but it blew sand around at times. Bathrooms could use a good deep cleaning and furniture should be pulled out and swept behind occasionally, lots of debris we noticed

We love the Quay Townhomes. A few of us come each year. We can rent our own place but still be together.

Our family really enjoyed their stay at the House of the Rising Sun. The location to pool and beach were so close which made it very convenient for carrying all things for little ones. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids, but anymore and you would be on top of each other. We noticed the slider to the main level deck didn`t lock, might want to check on that, but all in all we had a fantastic time! Thank you!
