Nice enough house at a perfect location. The exterior of the house is showing signs of wear and tear. The interior was good.

Amazing sunsets from this cottage, a very short walk to the sound side pier - so short I would barely call it a walk, kitchen was well stocked and I loved the 3 different sitting areas for our crew. Two are on the main floor with the kitchen and one on the middle level. Plenty of sitting area for our extended family of 8 adults and 3 small children and sofas and chairs were very comfortable! This house is about as close as you can get to the sound in the Villages and when you enter the top floor you have a sense that you are on a boat with water views everywhere. The pool and wonderful and large with lots of space to lounge around and places to get our of the sun too! Private deck areas off of every bedroom except the one of the bottom floor which has a patio. Loved our stay here. The only suggestions I can make are to perhaps find some way to add another refrigerator (maybe a smaller one in mid-level den as I saw no where else to put one). There currently is only 1 french door refrigerator/freezer combo. Half a refrigerator wasn`t enough for our crew and we had to store things in coolers as we love to cook rather than eat out, especially with 3 small children. It may be enough for others. Deck furniture on the deck off the master needed a seriously good cleaning but I think the cleaning crew simply didn`t know it was there, there was a musty mildew smell on the bottom floor but I think that dissipated a bit. Lastly, once again the sunsets are just fabulous!

Beautiful sunsets over the water! Great location - near golf, restaurants, shopping. Very clean, comfortable and affordable. Lots of space to spread out, private decks for most rooms. Beautiful views from every room.

Beautiful home, very spacious tons of room to hang out as a group or independently. Our party of 9 for awesome!amazing sunset views from the upper deck every night. Pool was very clean and wonderful to have on property, hot tub was amazing. Great location near shopping and restaurants.

SN 40. Such a nice house! Had everything we needed ( except potholders and a pantry), was spacious, clean, easy walking distance to beach. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the new sofa. We especially liked the quiet neighborhood and lack of traffic.

The house was very nice and the view of sunsets over the Sound were beautiful. Golfers would keep you entertained as you sat on the back deck admiring the view.
We had a few minor problems but the management group was very prompt and thorough in their response to fix the problems.

Location was great. We were able to watch New Years fireworks from Manteo on the back deck. Excellent sunsets every evening.
