SE403: Star of the Sea

We have loved coming to the Outer Banks for years and this year was no different. The ease of vacationing using Village Realty is unmatched in my opinion. Everything is done seamlessly. I know I will always check in to a place and it will be just as it appears in the photos. Thank you again for providing top notch service. We will see you again soon.

SE403 was a very nice condo with excellent ocean views. We loved sitting on the balcony, enjoying the ocean breeze. The only negative was that shower floor was a bit slippery and there were no grab bars. Went out and bought a shower mat which solved the slippery floor, but would highly recommend owner put grab bars in shower. Interior was nicely furnished and enjoyed the two recliners. All-in-all, a wonderful condo!

Main bedroom has a foam mattress that does not go well with people with bad back. We took this because we have two handicaps plus all chairs are too high for them to set at. The electric lazy boys chairs are sweet and what I slept in. That was the main reason we booked this condo plus a elevator. We had to call for service one day the elevator broke down. Had friends deliver us food since they are younger and can do steps. It was are 50th wedding anniversary. Couldn't go out but still had fun.

Very nice unit and well stocked in the kitchen. The mattress pad in the master bed was pretty mushy. Maybe that's a memory foam? There was a lot of dust under the master bed. Only the outside edge was cleaned.

The condo unit 403 Star of the Sea was well equipped and met all of our needs, the facility itself was very convenient to everything we needed, oit only complaint was there were not enough lounge chairs for the amount of people at the pool, there were only 4 total lounge chairs for the whole facility. We would definitely stay there again!

This condo was beautifully decorated with stunning views of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. This property is centrally located, many great restaurants and shopping nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return to this property.

Was the perfect place. Was safe for our small children and the beach my was right there, which was amazing for little feet. We had a wonderful time and our children did not want to leave. We saw sand crabs and dolphins right in the backyard. Would definitely go back.

This condo had stunning views of the ocean/beach and was beautifully decorated. This kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the condo was spotless. We were centrally located and able to visit many attractions and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoy staying in SE 403. The Condo is well appointed with a wonderful relaxing view of the ocean and the beautiful sunrise with easy access to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped the and living room is very comfortable. The location of the condo is very central to all needs, with Publix and shops within a few minutes drive or walk. We are looking forward to coming again.

This condo was a dream. You open the front door and can immediately see all the way to the ocean. We loved the floor plan with the wide main area and huge kitchen. Condo was clean, well-stocked and such a perfect location. We didn't want to leave!

This is one of the best rentals that we have had. My husband had never been to the Outer Banks and this was a perfect getaway with a beautiful view. Tastefully decorated and had everything that we needed for a weeks stay. We loved the covered parking area and easy access to the elevator. So many things to see and do in the OBX. We will return and stay here again in the near future,
