We enjoyed the house. It was great having a den in addition to the great room. The layout of the house worked very well for us. We enjoyed the deck and the hot tub. As always Village realty was quick to respond. While we were at the house, a new router came. Village realty was quick to install it and make sure that everything was working. The only thing that could be improved is the washer. It has a little rust inside. Outside of that we would love to come back.- Posted: 11/2/2024

It was great. Few things wrong like switches not connected to lights The top floor end table lamp could not be plugged in a safe manner I felt very safe there during tropical storm Idalia- Posted: 9/1/2023

We Lvd our stay at Links End and look forward to next year. Village Realty team took care of our concerns spot on, ie dust on fan & whirl pool maintenance. Would like to recommend owners consider buying some new pillows, updating modem and servicing dryer ( makes loud klanky noise as well as cleaning washer ( visible layer of dirt on inside top drum ).- Posted: 8/1/2023

House was great. Ice maker in fridge did not make ice. No switch visible, Manual can opener in kitchen worn out. Gret room sliding glass door very hard to move. Notify owner that lawn sprinkler on soundside watered the cart path not the garden.- Posted: 8/1/2023

This was the second time we have stayed in Links End. It was the perfect house for us. The home, views, and landscaping are beautiful. It is very clean and well maintained. We took full advantage of the decks, swing, and hammocks and spent every morning and evening watching golfers and the sound while sitting in the tall chairs. Our 2nd year at this house. We love it! Gorgeous view of sound & golf greens (especially at sunset) from both decks & hot tub. Easy access to the sound to walk or play frisbee. Small sound beach for KanJam. Kitchen amenities are great, as well as chairs/umbrellas/bikes provided. Hammocks on mid-level provide super relaxation. True, not many TVs, but for me that`s a plus!! Don`t need my kids vegetating in front of TV on vacation. No mold smell at all as mentioned in prior review. Highly recommended!!- Posted: 7/11/2023

Bright cheery house with tons of space and a great view. Kitchen had everything. Nice to have some boards and sand toys to use. Cleaners didn’t do a good job was the only downside. Great week, love the beach and beach club!- Posted: 7/1/2023

OBX Vacation
We love this place!!! This was our second time here at this house and we love the location with the golf course right in our back yard and the park and the beach just a five minute bike ride away!!! One of my favorite spots in the house is out on the balcony overlooking the water and the beautiful sunsets…so lovely and peaceful!!!
