Welcome to Bohemian Breeze! This seven-bedroom oceanside home in Southern Shores is just a short walk to the beach and delivers all the amenities you've been looking for. The main living area on the top-level features vaulted ceilings and plenty of space for gathering. An open-concept layout allows guests to prepare meals in the kitchen while still being part of the action. Everyone can sit down together with a main dining table for ten, an additional table for four and bar seating at the kitchen for four more. Or serve meals outside on the sun deck where you can enjoy a horizon view of the ocean. Two spacious suites on the top level each include a king bed and private bath. Guests with mobility issues can use the elevator that provides access to all floors. When you arrive, skip the stairs and us it to send luggage and groceries to the upper levels.
With over 6,300 square feet of indoor living space, there's room for the whole family to stay under one roof at Bohemian Breeze. Even the four-legged members of your tribe can join you at this dog-friendly retreat. The mid-level includes four additional ensuite bedrooms, all of which have deck access for effortless indoor/outdoor flow. There's also a den with diner-style booth seating and a wet bar with additional full-size fridge. Downstairs, the ground level is dedicated to fun and recreation. Host a movie night in the media room with tiered seating and a massive screen for an authentic theater experience without leaving the house. A large game room is furnished with a pool table and foosball table for hours of indoor entertainment. Keep up your fitness routine in the adjoining room with exercise equipment. I've stayed in this neighborhood before and love it. House was great. Loved having the elevator for luggage and groceries. Wish the pool was heated.- Posted: 10/5/2024

We enjoyed the house and in fact have already reserved it for the same week next year! It had all the components for a great vacation stay! Only recommendations would be making sure that weed eating and some general sprucing up is done around the pool and maybe some power washing of mold around foundation. Made good use of the pool and the patio area but the pool was not clean when we got there - called and it was supposed to be cleaned mid-week but it wasn't cleaned until late in the week - timing was just a little off with pool service schedule. Pool sides and edging needed some greater attention to remove buildup. Other that that it was a Great property - made use of the property throughout the week and in fact only went out to eat once during our stay! Might want to consider some upgrading of kitchen accessories. Great decks! We sat out and enjoyed the night sky. Great eating area too! Great views of 4th of July Fireworks all around us! The house and views were amazing! There were a few things broken but the Village Realty promptly addressed each one. I do think the listing should be updated to include the fact that there is no longer satellite TV and the renter needs to have access to streaming services to view anything. Also, although there is an elevator, the home is not handicap accessible.- Posted: 5/11/2024

This was a perfect set up for a reunion with family. Lots of spots to congregate and be together, but also plenty of room to take space if you need it. Activities on the property kept everyone endlessly entertained, but it's also an easy walk to the beach. I imagine the street can get kind of busy during the season, but there are sidewalks for walking and biking safely. You can enjoy your morning coffee, or an evening beverage while looking out at the ocean. We saw deer, seabirds, and a fox roaming through the yards in the neighborhood. The house was amazing. Had a lot of space, we did not feel crammed at all. The view for every balcony was gorgeous especially during sunrise and sunset. It’s a 2 minute walk from the beach and was in a short driving distance to so many restaurants and shops.- Posted: 3/16/2024
