"We really enjoyed our stay at Seagrove in Southern Shores. The house was as described. The home had everything that we needed. We were very pleased with the fresh linens and towels, general cleanliness of home, and all the little extras the house had to offer (board games, kitchen supplies, several coffee makers, movies, books, etc.). We were easily able to walk to the ocean, and were thankful the house was on the ocean side of Highway 12 so that we didn't have to cross over the busy road every time we went. We also utilized the fun pool (tubes and floats were available) and lovely hot tub. We loved the convenience of the outdoor shower and toilet. The location of Southern Shores was centralized to a lot of fun attractions, activities, and delicious restaurants in the Outer Banks. We had a slight issue and Village was able to take care of it quickly. We would happily stay here again!"

"The home was lovely- very spacious! It was great having patio access for each bedroom to enjoy. There’s several amenities to enjoy. And the proximity to the beach is awesome!! Highly enjoyed our stay."

"The house was incredibly clean and big enough for all 6 of the people in our group. We had such an amazing week! The pool was a great addition for the days we didn’t feel like trekking out to the beach or when we wanted to do a late night swim. Very quiet part of the OBX and even more so private with the surrounding trees on all sides of the house. It felt like our own little oasis. We even saw a mommy and two baby deer in the backyard! We will definitely be making this our annual beach trip home! Only thing that would have made it better would have been better water pressure in the outdoor shower, we wound up using the hose mostly,, to get the sand off because it worked better. And the dryer took a few cycles to dully dry our clothes but overall no biggie!"
