Periwinkle Place is a pet-friendly, oceanside home in Southern Shores situated on a half-acre lot surrounded by mature live oak trees for plenty of privacy and seclusion. Getting to the beach will be a breeze, with just a four-minute walk to the nearby Mockingbird Lane beach access. After a day of sun, sand and surf, the outdoor fun can continue back at the house with your very own private saltwater pool.

Inside, the reverse floorplan features a comfortably furnished great room on the top level with vaulted ceilings and windows galore for abundant natural light. This fabulous entertaining space provides direct access to the sun deck and ships watch for effortless indoor/outdoor flow.
