The spacious main living area boasts vaulted ceilings and a wall of southern facing windows for an abundance of natural light. Hardwood floors flow into the dining room, with convenient access to an outdoor dining area on the back deck. The kitchen overlooks the dining room and provides additional seating at the bar. You'll have more than enough room to prepare meals in the kitchen with a center island and plenty of counter space. It also features stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, and a built-in desk for catching up with work or school remotely. The primary bedroom is the only bedroom on the main level and provides deck access, a private sitting area and an ensuite bath with jetted tub and separate shower. Two more bedrooms and a full bath are located on the top floor, including a king bedroom with views of the sound. A den off the dining room serves as an additional living area. The fourth bedroom, additional full bath and media room are located on the ground level with access to the pool area.
Meticulous landscaping and a barefoot-friendly lawn add to the curb appeal and is ideal play space for kids and yard games. In the backyard, the pool area is surrounded by a privacy fence and mature trees for seclusion. An expansive pool deck provides plenty of room for lounging in the sun, and a pergola with outdoor seating area is perfect for shaded poolside conversation and relaxation.
The beach is a ten-minute walk away using the access at 13th Avenue. Take a short drive or bike ride to the heart of Duck Village, located just 1.5 miles north of Blue Oasis, where you can explore Duck Town Park and Waterfront Boardwalk, boutique shopping and a variety of casual and fine dining.

Really enjoyed our stay! We were a small group of laid back girls on a bachelorette and we our expectations of the place were met above and beyond. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals and feed a small party of people. The couches were so comfy and the beds were amazing! Especially LOVED the beach parking passes that helped us get easy and close access to the beach multiple days. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful and amazing! The layout was perfect for our family, kids, and my parents. We all had our own privates space and areas of the house while still being together. Super clean, beautiful, peaceful and private. We definitely will be coming back. Great location in between Duck and Kittyhawk. House is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with large sized lots for privacy. House was perfect sized for our party of 8. Would definitely return in the future.- Posted: 5/29/2023
