SL305: Look Out - The Landings at Sugar Creek

Had a wonderful time. Condo was very comfortable! Weather was windy and cold so we stayed inside the whole time! Only thing we would like to mention is at least 1 handicap toilet is needed. Consider the majority age of the people coming....they would greatly appreciate it!

Lovely condo. Nicely furnished but wish the kitchen chairs had backs on them. Tough on us Senior ladies!

Condo was great (The Landings at Sugar Creek). Stocked with everything we could ever need. Very clean and well decorated. And great location for what we needed. My only observation (really nitpicky) is the top of the refrigerator needs dusting/cleaning.

The property was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. I liked that there were dog crates there so you didn't have to bring one for your pet. The only thing I did not like was the parking. The spot for this rental is near the end where the building comes out farther and it's hard to back out. I really hate those post on the end. They are so close that you have to be extra careful not to hit one when backing out or going into your parking space.

This beautifully decorated, spacious condo had everything needed for our vacation. Centrally located to every possible Outer Banks passtime: the beach, deep sea fishing, shopping, exploring the history of the area on Manteo, and learning more about aviation at the Wright Brothers National Memorial. The porch is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy both sunrise and sunset. Comfortable mattresses provided a good night`s sleep. We highly recommend SL305!

Great location with excellent views of the sound and the ocean! Very well-appointed kitchen - all you need and more for your stay! Comfortable furnishings and we Loved the chairs on the deck- so comfortable!!

My wife and I shared a Condo with two friends during the early May time period The Condo was very comfortable, very tastefully decorated and centrally located to tourist attractions and the beach. It was clean and everything was in working order. Village Realty kept us abreast on need to know matters and they went out of their way to help with any issues, although none occurred. I would highly recommend Village Realty to anyone booking a vacation.

Beautiful condo and wonderfully furnished. Spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything worked to perfection, with all the thoughtful little extras to make a beach trip extra enjoyable. The location is terrific and close to everything with a beautiful view of the water and sunsets. We would happily come again.

Venture down to Nags Head for a brief getaway from the hustle of Northern, VA and this was the perfect place to unwind. Waking up with a hot cup of coffee and head out to the wide balcony, the Ocean on your right and the Sound on your left...the views were tremendous! As others have said previously, you’re close to everything and anything you could want to do. Jeanettes pier is right around the corner with public beach access, 10 minutes to Manteo’s historic downtown, plenty of shopping and places to eat. Also, the decor of the condo was perfectly suitable for the beach. We enjoyed looking around as we always seemed to find something new whenever we came back. From the boat oar coat hook to the cartoonish Nagshead map in the powder room to the goldfish with the shark fin. This place was the Where’s Waldo of furnishings. Plan your next day here. You won’t be disappointed!

Very nice property. Easy access , beautiful view on the sound , short walk to the beach . Great with kids and dog!! Military family does recommend this place. We will sure come back . From VB with regards ?
