The house was great! It covered ours needs and then some. Literally steps to the beach and the view was incredible. Deck space was great provided a little shade if you were hot and the upper deck was all sun, again with a terrific view of the beach and the ocean. If you haven't booked right on the beach, I highly recommend it! It is hard to go after you do. This house came as advertised and the pictures don't do it justice. I will definitely look to book it again.

This is our third stay in the Moon Rider. Every time it has been clean and well maintained. We love the easy access to the beach and great upper level porch!

Love this place. Just the right size for us and right on the beach. We got help from the office getting our luggage in when we arrived. An issue with the refrigerator door was handled promptly.

The house was beautiful and very close to the ocean . Loved the outdoor shower feature for the sand . The staff at village Realty were top notch from the time of booking to anything that may have been a concern throughout the trip . They were fast and quick to respond/resolve issues. Would 100% recommend this house to family and friends.

This home is absolutely beautiful and the decor details are wonderful. Provides a wonderful kitchen fully stocked with all of your needs. The beach access was steep and exhausting to climb, not great for elderly or someone with a disability to climb. The upstairs bedroom was nice but did not offer a lot of privacy with the wall being open at the vaulted ceiling. otherwise we had a great stay with 7 adults and a toddler! Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with this property. The location could not be better. The recent renovations were excellent and provided all any one should want. The management team was very responsive to any question or need. We plan on coming back next year.

This was a very clean modern/rustic style home. The house was spacious enough for our group of six. Parking would easily accommodate 4 vehicles on gravel. The house is very close to the beach although the elderly may need assistance down the steep sand bank. Would definitely like to return here next year. Also features sand clean off area for feet and a new outdoor shower with additional stall.

Third time here. Would be nice to have a channel listing for the TV, plus instructions on how to use it. I called for help and got a prompt response from your office, so we got it all straight. And since we are staying more than one week, would be nice to have a little more in the "starter pack".

You won't find a better location on the beach. Property is extremely well maintained and clean. Great views, great stay!

This beach cottage was exactly what I was looking for and exactly as advertised. Don’t know how you get any closer to the water.. and still feel cozy on the inside. Breathtaking sunrises.. and just enough room for three of us to work a little and enjoy each others company a lot! Definitely will book again.

Such a lovely renovated beach home. Was perfect for our family. We had six kids between us and the large bedroom and lift area up top were PERFECT! Kitchen was great, everything you’d need. Loved the updated bathrooms, and outside shower was perfect. There was no hill to beach at all- flat walk directly off the one or two steps at end. We had toddlers and they could just walk right down and back up without any problems. We will be back!
