Need better directions on finding the Zane Beach house on private gravel drive. GPS keep saying you have arrived at sand dune. Had to walk down road to find. No house number on the sign. Small sign on another entrance between two houses. House was comfortable after we found it!

The house was exactly as advertised. Comfortable, clean, and cozy. Only issue was with the bathroom on the south side of the house, light fixture out and shower head issue. Other than that, nice house, had a great stay!

Zane’s Beach House was an amazing stay! Close enough to restaurants and shops but far enough away for quiet and privacy. The house was clean and comfortable and the “take one/leave one” library was a very cool idea. We’ve already rebooked our stay for next year!!

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful stay at Zane's Beach House. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils to prepare meals. Everything was labeled and very well organized! The owners were kind enough to provide high quality beach towels for guests to use. There was plenty of storage for food in the pantry as well. The furniture in the family room was very comfortable with plenty of room to stretch out and relax! The owners provided a nice library of books, videos, and games. The bedrooms all had nice furniture, with plenty of storage space in the dressers and closets. The king size bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The deck provided great views of the ocean and had plenty of furniture to sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We brought our two dogs and appreciated the gate at the top of the stairs. The home was cleaned wonderfully prior to arrival. I highly recommend this home!

This is a lovely and very comfortable space with gorgeous views... super close to the beach! We have already booked a return visit! (My only recommendations? Note that while the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, glassware, pots and pans, etc., one needs to bring everything else (including salt and pepper). We would wish for some window coverings for the side windows in the den, so that we could sit in that area at night with some privacy.) Really looking forward to our next visit to this quiet location that has restaurants, grocery stores, etc. all within a 10 min. drive.

The house was just as described in the listing and is very well managed by the company. It was very clean and well stocked, with a welcome bag when we arrived which was great! The house was in a perfect location with easy access to the beach, and everything was completely clean. Being a beachfront house, the views were amazing from inside the house and on the deck. The house is also not too close to neighboring houses. The neighborhood was quiet, which was nice, but it was not too far of a drive to shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and everything was provided including towels and sheets. We did not have any problems at all and everything worked. Self-check in and out were also seamless. We will definitely be staying at this house again the next time we’re in the area.

Amazing views, very comfortable house - so nice to be all one level. Hot tub was great. Kitchen had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. We had a great stay!

This home was perfect. We have been coming to OBX for years and this is by far our favorite home. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the layout was amazing. Most of all, it felt like home the moment you walked in. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, (7 in all), we were never in need for space. The view from the main living room was incredible, with the only the sea in view. The only regret is we didn’t book for two weeks!

Thanks to all of the windows, the views are incredible! We enjoyed being right on the beach and talked about what an awesome house this one would be especially in nicer weather (our stay was late January until early February so obviously cold). The cold didn’t stop us from enjoying the hot tub and great views of the ocean from it! This house was also clean and well stocked-something that unfortunately is not always the case with beach houses. As our first time renting with Village, we were very pleased! We had a couple of questions which were addressed very quickly for us! We were also impressed with the little touches Zane’s had. They really seemed to be sure to cover everything for us! Highly recommend!
