Description
You made a Wise Choice when you chose this semi-oceanfront home in South Nags Head for your OBX vacation! The private pool area is very spacious and is the perfect place to hang out with lounge chairs and ample seating for everyone plus a shaded gazebo area with table and chairs. The beautiful beaches are within walking distance where you can catch some rays, swim, surf and take a stroll and gather some shells and sea glass.
The top level great room is open and airy with cathedral ceilings and offers a great place to gather for delicious meals and to watch your favorite movies. Time to relax at the end of the day, enjoy the hot tub located on the top level deck and just enjoy the star-filled sky. Kids and adults will love the mid-level den/media room with a large TV, wet bar with full-size refrigerator, and games and puzzles for everyone.
Wise Choice also has access to the South Creek Acres community pool and tennis court.
South Nags Head has great biking/walking paths and you are near the Outer Banks Fishing Pier where you can fish and have some delicious meals and entertainment at Fish Heads. There is plenty to see and do while you are here on the Outer Banks, so enjoy our local restaurants, shops, and local attractions - Jeanette's Pier, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Wright Brothers Memorial and so much more.

We loved Wise Choice and we will be staying there again. We should mention that Amana washer not working correctly- takes really long to cycle -sometimes spins for hours till you stop it. Dryer also takes very long time. Oven light is out. / Would be nice if cleaning crew could get dust from under beds, bath cabinets etc. Very dusty and I found some beach slides under bed and a shirt under sink cabinet. We took all of our stuff away, so random stuff left outside in cage and bin is not ours. Again we loved this beautiful home and can't wait to come back. Thank you! A wise choice for sure
I grew up vacationing in the obx so I was excited to take my kids and friends! This was a perfect location as our favorite restaurant is fish heads! And it’s within walking distance! We definitely will be back. They even sent a Christmas card this year! Beautiful home!!- Posted: 12/31/2022
