Fishing enthusiasts can fish from your own backyard or just 2 minutes north to the OBX Fishing Pier, bar and grill with great happy hour specials. The Bodie Island Lighthouse is only a ten-minute drive to the south where you can try some sound-side fishing, and for the shoppers in the group check the Outlets out in Nags Head, just five minutes away.

Good location
It was a great location and clean. Having only one kitchen towel and no basics like salt and pepper were not great. We had stayed at another location and they come midweek and change out all of the towels and do a basic clean. We are not messy so that wasn't a problem but one towel for a week is kind of icky.

It was a great location. And clean but having only one towel in the kitchen and no basics like salt and pepper wasn't expected. We were there for a week and one kitchen towel really felt icky. We brought extra towels for ourselves because they told us there would only be one.

Wonderful ocean front property! SPACIOUS bedrooms, short walk to the large beach, and we really enjoyed being able to watch dolphins from the top deck. Additionally, both the owner and Village were very communicative when they needed to enter the property for a maintenance repair.

the house itself was beautiful, had a nice view from the top floor. the bedrooms were nice and spacious. this would not be the house for anyone that had trouble with steps/dunes as there are several at the property. our biggest complaint was how there was no walkway over the dunes to get to the beach making it difficult to get over them with kids and all the beach toys/items. but overall we had a great stay.

It was very nice and great for the dogs. Having an overhead light explode was scary.
