For a classic OBX experience and a throwback to simpler times, make Season's in the Sun your next home away from home. This cozy 2-bedroom cottage is brimming with history and vintage charm. Built in the 1930's and lovingly maintained, Season's in the Sun still boasts the original pine floors and walls. Updates and features added over the years provide all the comforts and conveniences you'll need for a laid back beach vacation. Getting to the beach will be quick and safe using the pedestrian crosswalk to the Hargrove Street public access, just a three-minute walk from the house. Pets are welcome, so your fur babies can join you on your next trip to the Outer Banks.

Conveniently situated at Milepost 17, the home's location provides the tranquility of the all-residential South Nags Head area while still being close to grocery stores, shopping and dining. Take a bike ride or short drive to Sam & Omie's for brunch and their famous Bloody Marys, then head across the street to Jennette's Pier for some of the best fishing and surfing conditions on the East Coast. At dinnertime, cruise over to the causeway where you'll find legendary Outer Banks restaurants including Sugar Creek, Tale of the Whale, and Lone Cedar.

Can’t stay an entire week? Season's in the Sun is available for short stays with flexible arrival/departure options. For guests who like to plan ahead, partial week stays (three-night minimum) can be reserved months in advance. Choose any day of the week for check-in and check-out.

Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for our needs. It was clean albeit a bit dusty in the master bath and some other areas, but we chalked that up to it being the off season and not in constant use. VR was easy to communicate with, helpful, and responsive. We hope to be able to stay there again!
