Just Beachy us a beautiful home for a smaller group of people. The layout is perfect! I would recommend this rental to anyone that likes to wake up and go to sleep to the sound of the ocean.

We stayed here in early fall last year. The house is clean and well appointed. The beach is just steps away. It was quiet, peaceful and lovely. Definitely would stay again.

The views of the oceans was beautiful from the main living areas and the deck off the living room. I would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed there before and it fits our needs. We particularly enjoy the deck with composite table and chairs and the screened in porch.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully renovated home! Beachfront living at its best! The only downside was there is no grill and the game room must be accessed through separate outdoor entrance. Otherwise, the home had everything we needed:)

Just Beachy is a very clean and beautifully renovated duplex. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well stocked. We love being steps away from the beach. As an FYI, someone with knee or hip problems might find the return walk up the dune a bit of a challenge. We would definitely rent this house again.

Awesome home, exceptionally clean, neat and tidy. Highly recommended and would definitely stay hear again. No complaints about this property at all. Only wish it were pet friendly; and my only suggestion would be to update the beach/sand chairs.

Updated inside with great room layout!! The duplex is conveniently located to many stores and activities in Nags Head. This is the first rental house I would stay at again.

Beautiful property! Inside was all updated and beautifully decorated. Outside walkway to beach needs a little updating, there were some loose boards. The beach was gorgeous and the views spectacular!

This home did not fail. The view was amazing as we spent many mornings and evenings watching the dolphins. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows to choose from for each room. Everything worked in the house with no problem! The deck chairs had been updated, most likely from the request of previous renters. The kitchen was fully stocked. We cooked every night except for three nights. The only thing we missed in the kitchen was smaller spoons for kids to eat with. We were glad to see an umbrella and several chairs for the beach. The private walk from our house was very nice. The house was very convenient to grocery stores and shopping. The only suggestion that I would make is bring you some bags with handles to put your groceries in, walking up to the main level where the kitchen and living room with paper bags of groceries was frustrating. The swimming pool was out of service for the first few days due to pump replacement but was back up as promised by a certain day. The furniture was so very nice, clean and comfortable. I just can`t say enough of nice things about this house. We would rent Just Beachy again without any hesitation.

The location was perfect, easy access to beach and beautiful view of the ocean from top deck. It is close to great restaurants. It appeared to be recently updated inside. It had alot of space and was perfect for our needs.

Great location and great view. House nicely remodeled. Plenty of room for couple or entire family. Some minor deficiencies: top floor bed noisy and uncomfortable, kitchen could be stocked better (forks, coffee cups, etc), no cable in bedrooms, cheap plastic deck furniture. Overall a great house that I would highly recommend and plan a return visit to.
