What a lovely and spacious home Sea-Duced is! My family (daughter, son, their spouses, and two grandsons) and I spent a wonderful week there 8/11 - 8/18, with perfect beach weather. The house is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. We have stayed at other houses in Sea Pointe and had problems with ants, but fortunately there were no ants at Sea-Duced! It is so convenient to be close to the beach and the pool. Lovely home! Thanks for sharing it with us.

The house is amazing and we would love to visit as soon as possible. Amenities are great. House is well maintained and direct access to the beach is super cool. My kids loved the time and eagerly waiting to visit again.

The home is fantastic and has all the comforts of home. Even more comforts in some cases. All this while being right on the ocean! A very short walk and you are on the beach! Three levels worked out perfectly for us. There are some stairs of course, and if you have elderly folks or bad knees, it is a consideration. We loved the views from the top level and we had a front row view to the big storm Lee! Thankfully the oven never made it over the dunes. You may want to bring a frying pan or two if you do much cooking, but everything else is in good shape. Lovely decorated rooms and is ideal for families. The master bath is a nice retreat with updated shower and soaking tub! Like a spa day! Pool and tennis (pickle ball) court is nice as well! Come relax and enjoy yourself in the ideally located home!

We have rented this particular property for years as it comfortably fits our family. The owners have continually updated the home and informed us regarding improvements. We thoroughly enjoy the location and convenient layout of the home. This summer we have been disappointed with Village Realty’s policy changes. It appears that past renters like us are treated with disregard. In the past, we were at least given opportunity to enjoy our yearly vacation without having to commit (and pay half in advance!) for the following year to reserve this home. Having been told that this is a competitive policy, we did check with other realtors and found that this is not necessarily true. Please note, we are very satisfied with SP Sea-Duced and the owners care of their home and look forward to returning next summer.

This was our first time staying in the outer banks and this beach house was absolutely amazing! The beach is in the backyard, and the views from the decks are perfect. My husband and I went with our two young daughters. Coming and going to the beach was easy and we could easily go back to the house if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies, all we needed was groceries, which is right across the street! The beds were very comfortable, it was quiet and very relaxing. I always have a hard time sleeping in other places but I slept great here. There really is not one bad thing I can say about this house. Great location, beautiful beach views, spacious, and accommodated all of our needs.

I have been renting homes in the Outer Banks for thirty years and this home is one of the best. The view of the ocean is spectacular. The home is updated and nicely furnished with comfortable furniture and enough room for large or small gatherings for meals and activities. The kitchen was one of the most well appointed with a wide range of equipment for meal preparation. It is located close to shopping and entertainment. My family really enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
