The house was great. We especially liked the layout for our family and seeing the sunrise from the deck is fabulous. There were a lot of ants we had to buy spray I assume the close proximity to the beach but perhaps house should be treated regularly. Hoping we can book the same week next year.- Posted: 8/3/2024

Great house for three couples and a set of kids. Can't beat beachfront and Nags Head location.- Posted: 8/1/2023
Awesome layout for the house. Accommodated 2 small families (4 adults/3 kids under 10) perfectly. Almost too much space. Top floor living area is a much better design for all to enjoy, rather than an oceanfront master suite hogging the view. Beach Break was clean and well appointed. The kitchen utensils could be checked and re-stocked or updated and a few light bulbs replaced, but thats about it! Cooked many meals during the week in the spacious kitchen and on the grill, table fit more people than we had. Outdoor seating was good for the incredible ocean view. We have stayed at MANY beach houses over the years, and this one is set up the best so far!- Posted: 7/10/2023
The property was very nice and very clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. There was nice deck furniture as well. The layout of the house was very good. Having four showers was a plus. We used three and they all worked well.- Posted: 5/1/2023
The property is okay but for the prices I would expect a little more. Village is very good and we will continue to utilize your services at Nags Head. Unfortuntely after 25 years (or there abouts also under the Brooks name) our families will not be staying at Sea Pointe again.- Posted: 5/1/2023
