Great experience
We had a great experience with this property. Everything was very clean and well maintained. As a suggestion, it would have improved our experience had there been more towels (specifically hand and dish towels), and more communication regarding how to access the beach club. Overall a great experience and would definitely return.

We love Finn Tales. This was our second time renting the home. The location is perfect, and the house is kept in perfect condition. I’m sure we will rent the home again in the future.

We have stayed at this cottage, Finn Tales, it is always so nice. Location great too! Village Realty is such a great company too. We will always choose them when we visit the OBX.

Great place for a family vacation. Village Realty needs to preview before a rental, for example just a quick coat of paint on the interior handrails should have been apparent to an observer as they were black from use on the edges. A small light at the very end of the driveway would be nice as well as improving the landscaping. Recommend instructions for the TV. Some of the dishes did not appear to have been washed and there was a very strong smell of fish in the refrigerator and kitchen when we first arrived, so we cleaned all surfaces inside and out.

Superb house. Very clean and spacious. Loved the multiple porches and decks for our family to enjoy. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

The house was wonderful and close by everything. Beds were comfortable and furniture was very relaxing. Even our dog enjoyed her time.

We loved our house!!! It was beautiful, and clean and in a great location. We do wish there had been a few extra rolls of toilet paper and better hand soap. Other than that, everything was great!

C and Sky was the cutest biggest surprise for us._x000D_Becsuse of its size never expected the 5 of us would be so happy and comfortable.The location was perfect ! We could see and hear the waves crushing from our front deck and everything was as perfectly organized and clean ._x000D_Thank you so much and I’m sure we will be back sometime this year.

Finn Tales is a wonderful rental. The house is beautiful, super clean and in a great neighborhood. Staying there made our trip even better. We would definitely rent it again!

Beautiful Home
This home was great! It is clean and spacious. Our family enjoyed the many decks and so did our Doodle; she had space to run and place and most of the decks have gates so she couldn't run off. Of course, everything cant be perfect - the only issue was the rug in one of the Queen rooms is turned up and is a tripping hazard. I would also recommend folks bring towels and washcloths, there's only one per person and we were only left with one washcloth. Lastly, I also recommend bringing kitchen towels and dishcloths. Other than that, the property was great! Highly recommend!
