Your “Favorite Place” is right here on the OBX. This beautiful oceanfront home, located in the Village of Nags Head, has all that you need for an enjoyable vacation. Exceptional ocean views! Everyone can have fun in your own private pool and hot tub, a game of foosball, basketball or ping pong. Expansive outdoor decking and plenty of interior living space for the whole gang to relax, unwind and make those wonderful OBX memories. Need additional space for extended family and friends? Many of our neighbors also rent through Village Realty, which makes this “Favorite Place” the perfect family reunion spot for years to come.
If watching beautiful sunrises isn’t enough, keep an eye out for all of the dolphins beyond the breakers, and the pelicans above. Walk down the beautiful shoreline to check things out at the incredible Jennette’s Pier. Visit some of the local's favorite restaurants, such as Sam & Omie’s, Blue Moon Café and the Lone Cedar Café. These and many more are within a short drive, as well as several great seafood and grocery stores for those home cooked meals that everyone has been looking forward to all year. Come and stay with us and see why this is our “Favorite Place.”

We thoroughly enjoyed this home and its location. As mentioned above the bunk beds need better mattresses so adults can use the bottom bunks. Also, the park grill was definitely too small for our group so we rented a gas grill. The fan in the seating area off the kitchen was still not working. This is our second year at this house. We love this home. It obviously has an owner that takes pride in keeping it refreshed and looking good and comfortable for their guests. We love the location and the view!! Its well stocked with everything we have needed!- Posted: 7/10/2023

Great house. Our second year at this house. Great location and nice and clean. Unfortunately had several issues this year with air conditioner and loss of power in mid level which caused some inconveniences for our family that caused a lower rating this year. but all in all a great beach week- Posted: 7/10/2023

This is our second year staying Favorite Place and we love it. House has great space for several families. The house was also very clean with comfy beds. The one thing we would say to add is a gas grill. It`s a bummer to not be able to grill out. The kitchen though has everything you need!- Posted: 7/10/2023

This is our fourth stay at Favorite Place. Great location on the ocean. Very clean. We had every amenity we needed. We appreciated the new hardware on the kitchen cabinets and the nonslip liners in the kitchen drawers. The new decking around the pool is great (we reported concerns last summer).- Posted: 6/1/2023

I was very pleased with the rental as a whole. Had an issue with the pool heater and they were out that day to take care of it. Great Response. Everything worked out great which made for a vacation to remember!- Posted: 4/29/2023
