Description Description
Centrally located in the heart of the Outer Banks is a beautiful Oceanside community called Seaside at the Village of Nags Head. SS-47 is just a couple lots away from the ocean and situated on a quiet, dead end cul-de-sac. Walk out your front door to a wooden boardwalk to the Ocean where the family dog is welcome all year long, on a leash of course. Enjoy the great weather and exercise too on the 11-mile long multi-use path that runs from the Kill Devil Hills/Nags Head town line to South Nags Head. This wide path runs parallel to the ocean and is enjoyed by locals and vacationers alike. It's perfect for cycling or simply strolling around on a pretty day. Restaurants and shopping, fishing and historic sites are all within a short drive.

13' x 29' private pool, hot tub with easy open-close lid, jetted tub, foosball table, WiFi, grill, outside shower.

Pets allowed - dogs only. No smoking/vaping. Parking available for for 5-6 cars. Village Beach Club access not included.

Beautiful home, more than enough room for our family of 9, kitchen stocked with dishes and supplies we needed for family meals and loved the close beach walk. Love the beauty of the villages area and biking. Will be back to this home next time ??

Overall we had a great stay. This was our second time renting Vacation Station. You can`t beat the proximity to the beach and the easy beach access. With little ones it is especially nice that you don`t have to cross a major road as the walkway to the beach access is at the end of the street. The house was big enough for multiple generations of families and a dog. There were a few maintenance issues during our stay, but nothing that negatively impacted our stay, and they were promptly attended to by the Village Realty Staff. The pool area could use some attention and trimming as there were vines with thorns on them along the fence line. Overall we really enjoyed our time in the Outer Banks and at Vacation Station.
