Peer Paradise is a beautiful oceanfront home where your family can make awesome OBX memories. You will have the best view on the Outer Banks from our top level deck. There you will find a wide, open and unobstructed view of the ocean and Jennette's Pier. The kind of view where you can sit for hours just soaking it all in!
Take a walk on our private walkway to the beach for a day of fun in the sand and surf. When you are not playing on the beach, splash around outside in the private pool. If golf is your game a quick drive across the bypass will take you to the Nags Head Golf Links.
Relax in the large great room with panoramic views of the ocean and beach. Fix a cool drink at the wet bar with the under counter icemaker. Three master suites and all bedrooms have ocean views. Enjoy the jetted tub in the top floor master suite and the jetted tub and shower in the lower level master suite.
WiFi is available for your surfing needs. Outdoor amenities include: basketball goal, outside shower, fish cleaning station, private pool and grilling area.
At the end of the day, view the beautiful sky and stars from our hot tub on the mid level deck. Or enjoy a nighttime swim in the pool. Don't miss out on a great family vacation at Peer Paradise!

House is in a great location. We had some not ideal weather with rain and heavy winds but on the 1 beautiful day we enjoyed nags head beach thoroughly. The hot tub was great, as was great room. Ice maker was great. Kitchen pans could be updated and be larger, though there was enough of everything else. Dishwasher needs to be replaced.- Posted: 3/30/2024

We had an incredible stay here! The windows in the living room and views from the deck are breathtaking! I've stayed in a lot of oceanfront properties, but none were quite this beautiful. Sunset and sunrises are gorgeous here! The location of this home is perfect! So serene but so close to shopping and restaurants in Nags Head. The pool is so relaxing and quiet and the hot tub was the perfect place to relax after a great day at the beach. 10/10 recommend this property!- Posted: 9/24/2023

Although the property is starting to show its age, our extended family greatly enjoyed our fourth stay in SS52 (Staying Gold). It has great views, good amenities, great location, and is the perfect size for us - 2-grandparents, 2-children and their spouses, and 4-grandchildren.- Posted: 7/1/2023

The house was very nice. I would have liked to have seen a rail at the pool. I am no spring chicken and the first step into the pool is slightly difficult without holding onto something. In this case one of my children or grandchildren had to be near for me to hold a hand to put the first couple of steps in the water. The house was very tastefully decorated. If you’re looking for beautiful ocean views from all windows, the sound of relaxing ocean waves to lull you to sleep, and being steps from the beach then this is the place to be.The house was beautiful and spacious and has everything you need for a great stay. Very close to supermarkets and great restaurants and the outlets if you want to shop. If you don’t feel like heading to the beach then it’s a quick hop over to the pool. Don’t feel like sunning? Then jump in the hot tub on the deck overlooking the ocean.Would hands down come again!- Posted: 10/1/2020

The rap around views are amazing. You can see the ocean from everywhere in this house. There was plenty of space for our large group including lots of space to "work from home" if you need to. The den/office on the lower level was also helpful when I needed some quite space for work and calls. I would love to go back anytime.- Posted: 10/1/2020

Staying Gold is perfect for a stay in Nags Head. The location was great - amazing restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. The house was exceptionally clean, had all of the necessities and amenities you would need for a family vacation, and is located just steps to the beach. The hosts are accommodating and quick to respond with any questions - very nice, friendly and easy to talk to. Perfect home for our 3 generation family. Each couple got their own room and kids were happy with Their bedrooms and little downstairs den. Staying Gold is a beautiful home. The views from the top floor living space are amazing. The owners have provided virtually every amenity that might be needed, both in the house and for the beach. The pool is an oasis that works well for children at any time and for the adults after dark. The location is also perfect, on a cul-de-sac so that biking and running can be done with less interaction with traffic. Our family loved our week here so much that we immediately booked again for next year.- Posted: 7/1/2020
