We had a great time. The place was wonderful. It has lots of space. The kitchen area is well stocked for your cooking, drinking, and eating needs. We had no problems. The place looked just like the picture on the website. The beach was only a few steps away. Village Realty stayed in touch with us about our visit. I will definitely stay there again. Lovely home and good for a mid sized group. The house feels a lot smaller than pictured, which wasn’t a problem but it’s on the cozier side. Nice lighting and great porch seating areas and we appreciated the clean linens and hot tub. Some of the linens were a bit scratchy and a couple parts of the fridge weren’t working, which wasn’t a huge problem but did give the feeling we were renting at the end of the season. Overall though, nice play to stay and reasonably priced.- Posted: 9/10/2023

Family vacation
Our family , 11 of us , spent the week at the beach. We had a good time but was disappointed that the pool was a longer walk than indicated and the house needed many updates . The air conditioner went out one night they came the next morning and checked it , someone finally fixed it that evening.- Posted: 7/30/2023

Excellent property with beach access

Village Realty is a complete pleasure to work with. Every step of the process from booking to checking out was communicated well with promptness and good cheer. Their app is super helpful.SS58 is close to the beach in a quiet family neighborhood of pretty homes and well-maintained lots. It`s easy to get to things to do quickly. We went to Duck, Roanoke, Manteo, Wanchese, Ocracoke and the Alligator River. The house is comfortable, mattresses and pillows are all in good shape.
