The location and layout of the house was exactly what we wanted/needed! We were worried when we had plumbing issues every day the first 3 days, but we had good service/quick response when needed. The kitchen sink faucet definitely needs repair because you have to work to get it in just the right place to keep it from dripping. The only other little bit of a surprise issue was that the grill is very small for cooking for a family of 14- Posted: 8/17/2024

Oceanfront House
This house was exactly what I was looking for when trying to book. I got this house for my groomsmen and their partner and almost everyone had their own room and we could've even fit more people. It was a great location to use for me to get ready for the wedding and great for pictures. There is a private walkway to the beach, a pool, and hot tub. Beautiful house with perfect location. It was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. We had a few maintenance issue on arrival ( top bunk bed rails very loose, washer not spinning) but maintenance was very responsive and fixed the issues upon request. Only downside, master bath in need, shower had lots of mold. Towels could use an upgrade and a few extra. With that being said, our family was very happy. This house has it all! We were blown away by how immaculate it is, and the creature comforts it offers. The owners clearly love their house and try to make it a nice, comfortable stay for their guests. The deck furniture outside is ample and in great condition, there are clothes lines for hanging wet suits and towels, the grilling area is nice and clean, indoor furniture is NICE -- not at all run-down like so many other houses. I`ve vacationed in the OBX every year for 35 years, and this house is definitely a step above! We have already requested the same house for next year, because it`s totally worth it. Great property! We had a great time. Had a couple of issues with Rokus, there was some backup in at least one of the showers - but that is par for the course for such a large house. Otherwise we found the property very clean, in good condition and had a wonderful time. Family vacation 2023
Another family vacation in the books! The house was as advertised. A great beach location with plenty of room for the 15 adults. Several places to get away from the crowd or entertain the night owls. We took full advantage of the pool and hot tub and some of us took a refreshing dip into the ocean. Well appointed kitchen. Main bedroom beds were comfortable but the bunk beds could use thicker mattresses. Plenty of parking for four+ vehicles.- Posted: 5/15/2023

House was great. Stove was a challenge. Hard to boil large pots of water. Grill could/should have been bigger (gas?). Should include on listing that Pack N Play and high chairs are in house. Should have more than one dish towel. Kitchen had everything we needed for large family.- Posted: 4/16/2023
