Sandy Sea Gulls lets you enjoy fabulous oceanfront amenities with one of the few homes in Seven Sisters that provides guests access to the exclusive, members-only Village Beach Club with tennis, an Olympic pool, kid’s activities, a snack bar, and beach access. Walk, take the free shuttle or drive one mile down the beach road where you can park at the Club. Or take advantage of the convenient community pool with beach access just steps away. This home has a well-equipped, open kitchen and a great room thoughtfully furnished and decorated for your comfort and enjoyment. Relax on the sun deck, in the hot tub, on the covered porch, or the game room with TV, a poker table, and shuffleboard for great family fun and lasting memories. All of the spacious bedrooms have their own private bathrooms for the ultimate in beach luxury.

The location is very convenient to walking to the beach and pool is close too! The place is very spacious and the community safe. The management company was very responsive to questions and requests throughout the week.
Only one aspect I was not impressed by was that the place was not especially well maintained.

Great experience- went with a handful of friends for the week and could not have asked for a more seamless and low stress experience as well as such a wonderful home to stay in!

100/10 would stay again. Very clean and updated inside! 2 outdoor showers witch is amazing when you walk back from the beach and every bedroom had a full bathroom attached! The kitchen was stocked with utensils but only 2 dish washer soap packs, 1 roll of paper towels for the whole house, and only 1 roll of TP per bathroom. So bring basic supplies!

Value find of the year! This place was the perfect place to entertain family in and out over the week while entertaining several young kids. The beach access is closer than described and made multiple times with a 3 year old in tow. Seating for 8 at the dinning table and some great deck space. We could see the ocean from the living room. Hot tub was very clean and private. Great bedrooms and plenty of private bathrooms for a variety of stays. The house is on a very low trafficed road in a nice community but does back up to the highway so road noise was heard but never a nuisance even with Bike Week at the end of the week. Would use this place for family getaways, guys golf trips (half a mile to Nags Head Golf), bachelor bachelorette parties…WooCasa and Duck Donuts were right across the main highway so plenty to eat. This off peak week is perfect for us and the value we found made this an 11/10 stay for us.

Sandy Sea Gull is an amazing upgraded property. The upgrades throughout the home are beautiful and really make the house luxurious. The neighborhood is great and the pool is so close. Plenty of parking for everyone. You have two choices for beach access within steps of the neighborhood and a view of the ocean from multiple decks. I would often sit with my tea and a book on the master balcony and watch the shrimp boats out on the water. The newly renovated basement game room was a perfect space to hang out and also get in a quick workout. The Roku TVs in every room let everyone select what to watch or stream. The house is a perfect spot to totally relax but also offers WiFi suitable for remote work! The house is walking distance or a two minute drive to shopping including two supermarkets and fresh hot doughnuts as well as many restaurants. Just can’t say enough nice things about this house - we will be back!
