A Change is Latitude was the perfect stay for our family of 8. 3 minutes to the beach, across the street from plenty of shopping and groceries, and a stone throw from all the OBX classics. Hot tub was an incredible addition.

Our stay was amazing. We had a party of 9 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean. I love cooking and hosting my family so a stocked kitchen was definitely a plus! The balconies on each level was a breath of fresh air. Everything was as pictures and I will definitely be returning soon! Location was superb! We love OBX.

This home was perfect for my family. We were able to spread out, walk to the beach and stores/restaurants were very close. We cooked and had the supplies/utensils we needed. The family loved the hot tub but for me the outdoor shower was the best. My only negative is road noise on one side of house. I definitely recommend staying here and would return.

This was the perfect house for our family and the location is fantastic. We loved being just across the street from the public beach access and close to multiple grocery stores, restaurants etc... The house itself is well set up with lots of room for a big family or group of friends. The kitchen has literally every amenity you could want. Our trip went as smoothly as it could`ve gone and the house was definitely beyond our expectations. Was nice that linens were all provided and beds were very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

The house is great. Big and comfortable. Great upgrades with the new carpet and couches. I stayed here 2 years in a row. The only request I wish they would do is put some type of locking device on the doors going out to the decks and doors going outside. My 4 year old and 5 year old were opening all the doors and going everywhere. A high lock like the one on the sliding door leading to the back yard would make the house alot safer when you have kids running all over the place. That being said the house is great. The location is awsome and the reason we will be back is because the owner allows dogs and we cant leave the pooch home. Great house.

Great house. Allows dogs wich is the reason we have come back two years in a row. Nice upgrades with the new carpet and couches. It just needs locks on all the doors leading out to the decks and doors. Higher locks that small kids cant reach. The door down stairs leading to the back yard has one. My small kids were everywhere this trip. Made me very nervous. The locks would have been helpful. Other then that the house is amazing. I will be back next year for year 3.

The property was very nice and decor was pretty. We loved the location for shopping, restaurants and hanging with other friends who were close by. We also loved the community pool and hot tub. Suggestions: new queen mattress in one bedroom because springs coming through and not comfortable; new bedding pillows and a ceiling fan for the queen bedroom. Everything else was wonderful.
