"Irie" is a Jamaican saying that means "I'm alright," and that's exactly how you'll feel during your stay at this newly built home in the Villages at Ocean Hill. The lot is situated across from Crystal Lake and backs up to the Currituck Banks Maritime Forest for ultimate seclusion and privacy. You'll be just half a mile from the wide and pristine 4x4 beaches where you can spend the day among Corolla's wild horses. After a day of sun, sand and surf, come home and splash in the private pool or take a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Inside, the main living area offers plenty of comfortable seating plus an open-concept layout for quality time spent with loved ones. Vaulted ceilings and a soothing color palette create a bright, coastal-inspired space with abundant natural light. The great room also features a cozy electric fireplace and access to the charming front porch. The chef in the family will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an island with bar seating. Stylish LVP flooring runs throughout the entire home, including the bedrooms. At the end of the night, retreat to the spacious primary suite with access to a private sun deck and a spa-like bath with custom-tiled shower. Two additional bedrooms and two full baths downstairs will comfortably accommodate family and friends. Also on the ground level you'll find a rec room with sleeper sofa, TV and arcade game. It leads directly out to the pool area and is equipped with a wet bar for convenient drinks and snacks to enjoy poolside or at the Tiki Bar.

While you're here, take advantage of the Villages at Ocean Hill community amenities including oceanfront and lakefront pools, playground, basketball court, and nature trails. Weekly passes can be purchased for access to the fitness center and tennis courts. Cyclists will enjoy the nearly 2-mile stretch of the newly paved bike lane which connects the Villages at Ocean Hill to shopping and dining in the Corolla Light community. Best of all, the beach is just a half mile away using the access on Sandcastle Drive, which is within walking distance but also provides parking.

Everything was clean and in good condition. Maintenance came after we notified them of refrigerator filter needing changed. It is a very nice house in a great location.

The house is beautiful, especially the upper floor and the kitchen. We loved the front porch and the poolside area is nice. We were a little disappointed about the tiki bar, which looks open and spacious in the pictures but is actually in a damp, shady corner and was impossible to use because of mosquitoes and horse flies. However, everything else was great. We had a problem with the AC and they were prompt to send someone out to fix it. The walk to the beach is easy and accessible. And, the hot tub is spacious and gorgeous! We really enjoyed our stay and all the activities and restaurants that were so close by.

Probably but still close to everything

The house looks exactly as pictured and is extremely clean. You have privacy in your backyard that makes you feel like you’re in your own vacation house. The beds and furniture are comfortable while also being beautiful. This house is such a great house and we will visit chain!
