This upscale condo fronts the Beach Road (guests will cross the 2 lane beach road to access the beach). Located on the first floor, you are in the heart of "downtown" Kill Devil Hills and close to excellent restaurants, shops and area attractions. There are 3 public beach accesses close by. TVs, DVD player, WiFi, and a large covered patio.
Need a change of pace from the surf and sand during your stay? No problem... guests have access to the Outer Banks YMCA, located in Nags Head. This 28,000 sq ft. facility offers activities for youth, teens and adults of all ages - perfect fun for the entire family! Enjoy the outdoor pool and water park, a 25-meter indoor pool and sauna, fitness center with state-of-the-art weight and cardio equipment, group exercise including spinning, interactive zone with video game-based equipment, massage therapy and hot tub, racquetball courts, skate park and full court gymnasium available for basketball.
Can’t stay an entire week? Under The Boardwalk is available for short stays with flexible arrival/departure options. For guests who like to plan ahead, partial week stays (three-night minimum) can be reserved months in advance. Avoid the weekend traffic by choosing any day of the week for check-in and check-out.

We had a wonderful time staying at VP102: Under The Boardwalk. The place fit our needs perfectly. It was very clean and the amenities were great. Perfect for my parents not having to deal with steps nor elevator. The location was centrally located to all activities . We enjoyed our afternoons end evenings on the porch with the constant breeze, and we walked up to Bonzers at night to enjoy the live music (1 block away). This is our familys second time coming and it never disappoints. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is wonderful when you have teenagers. The kitchen was fully equipped with every kitchen gadget you would need and the outside porch area was perfect for cool breezes and relaxing. Additional beach chairs and items are available which is nice. Highly recommend this vacation home away from home.- Posted: 7/11/2023
