Had 2 great weeks, good weather, love the location, walk to restaurants, condo was nice and clean. Only complaint is mildew in shower grout that needed a good cleaning so we bought some shower cleaner and did it ourselves. It is a lovely shower but needs better care. Loved the new deck furniture.

This was a lovely place to stay! Super quick and easy walk to the beach. My family loved the cozy atmosphere. This was a last minute trip and I was super excited to find such a gem to stay in on a late notice. It was fully equipped and allowed for a seamless experience!

We had a great time! The condo was perfect for our weekly getaway. Loved the location, cleanliness, & amenities. Bonus was having Ten O Six and the Holy Cow creamery next door. We did have a chunky visitor (raccoon) on the deck the last night we were there.

We were very happy and impressed with the quality of the space, finishes, amenities, comfort, and location. The primary suite is particularly awesome with a spacious shower, king bed, jacuzzi tub, and patio access. Our only complaint is that listing the place as “semi-oceanfront” is misleading and a stretch of the truth at best. There is no significant view of the ocean and definitely no view of the beach. You can see a tiny sliver of where the horizon meets the water, but if you are looking for a place with a decent view of the ocean/beach, this will not satisfy you. The ice creamery next door is a MUST.

The place was beautiful and felt like home. They thought of everything when it comes to comfort and anything we might have forgotten or needed. The deck was amazing we played games and had dinner out there a few nights and loved every minute of it.

Our stay was great! Perfect location and very clean condo. Only thing I would note is there were no pantry items so make sure to pick some up if you're planning on cooking at all :)

Upon arrival, we were impressed with the accommodations! Tastefully decorated, fully stocked kitchen, very spacious deck, one of our favorite stays so far! Great location. Close to the area State Parks and easy drive to Hatteras where we grabbed the ferry to Okracoke. Also drove to Corolla for the Wild Horse Adventure. We rented bikes (1/2 mile easy walk) as our main mode of local transportation. Beach access was right across the street! Also perfect location for all manner of shopping and restaurants if you're not cooking in. Would highly recommend this unit, it is spacious and very comfortable!

Great location for a first timer to the OBX!! Very comfortable and roomy.
Only a few minor negatives… hot water was only warm, so showering and bathing were not as pleasant as we prefer. Smoke detector in hallway was hanging off the wall. We assumed it was working, but this was something the cleaning crew should have fixed. Towels provided did the job, but were thin and cheap. The bottom sheet on the king bed was put on incorrectly. Again, something the cleaning crew should have noticed while making the bed. There was also traces of food in the kitchen sink, so clearly it was not throughly cleaned.
On the upside, the bathrooms were clean, large kitchen and appliances sparkling, and it was quite homey!!
We’d book this place again and highly recommend for others to stay there!

This was a Covid get away or working vacation with a few scattered days off and a two week booking at that. This is bar none, one of the best appointed and well equipped places we have stayed in our years coming here. Every comfort of home, spacious rooms and well decorated and prime KDH location. We will certainly return once again. Village is one of the better rental groups we have used in our 29 years of vacations......for sure we will be lining them up for #30 next year.Only request for the building....add a fish cleaning station. Caught a bunch and had to clean them in kitchen.
