Delightful Dolphin is perfect for our family with children under 10. We enjoy the amenities and space that the Villas have to offer, and the community there is kind and welcoming. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 for this year’s stay since we had 3 different issues with the unit while we were there, though Village Realty was quick to respond as fast as they could. We will be back next year!

This is the second year my family has stayed at this location and we’re going to every year. It’s nice peaceful and welcoming, we feel right at home.

The unit was very clean and homey on our arrival. The area was fantastic with great views of the sound and sunset, close to jockey’s ridge, and the amenities like the pool and tennis/pickleball courts were great to use. The location was very central to most that the outerbanks had to offer and everywhere was easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again!

Greatly enjoyed our time & stay in the condo. Very comfortable! We will certainly return in the future! Suggestions to consider -- perhaps check the cleanliness of how previous guests leave the pans/baking dishes in the kitchen--we found them in need of rewashing. Also noticed the umbrella for the patio table is unusable= rotted. It is a beautiful location & folks in the Village condos are very friendly -- enjoyed the chats with neighbors!

Great stay will definitely be back, like other reviews mention very basic not many extras/amenities but for the price this was a wonderful location with beautiful views just plan ahead and pack what you think you will need that is not listed!

We loved this property and hope to stay here again. The Villas are a great location to stay with young children. This property has simple decor, a nice grill, and a wonderful view of the sound.

The location on the sound side was amazing. It’s hidden away from all the traffic but very convenient to everything. Nice pool and even a little sound side beach. Would rent this same unit again !!!

Beautiful place, will be back for sure. Neighbors are friendly, but I will say the master shower Is a little small.
