Joint Venture is a perfect gathering place for family and friends. This home features a huge and open great room with a wood burning fireplace, and 42-inch HDTV, a wonderful dining area with seating for 12 and a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There is an east facing sunroom and sun decks on three sides of the top level and the lower level has a large bedroom with 4 twin beds (2 bunk sets broken down).

Private 12' x 24' gated pool. Whirlpool tub, screened sun porch with mini fridge. There are 2 master bedrooms. TVs, DVD players, stereo. Carport swing, basketball goal, outdoor play set. Enclosed outdoor shower and changing area, grill. Approximate distance to the beach is 820 feet.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Parking for 4-5 cars.

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was so fun for the kids. A pool tech came mid-week to clean and check levels. The walk to the beach was easy, but a bit farther than we thought it would be. However, we would stay at this property again.

House was great, pool was great- property advertised with basketball hoop and play equip for kids- neither of which was there. Farther away from beach than advertised but we had a great week

Perfect for our group! Everything we needed & excellent value. No surprises except the basketball hoop was broken (rim entirely missing), but not a big deal. Remember to bring all your logins and passwords for the streaming services you have at home, and you can log in in to all of that here on their smart TVs.
