Located at the corner of Dolphin Street, the beach access at the end of the road is a straight shot from the house, just two blocks away. Monteray Shopping Plaza and Timbuck II Shopping Village are less than a half a mile south, so you can easily walk or bike to dining and take-out, boutique shopping, grocery and specialty food markets, beach gear stores and rentals, plus fun activities such as go carts and mini-golf.

We stayed here for memorial weekend, the place was great, so much to do for families.
Local to lots of great shops, and horse excursions. Not a far drive from the 4x4 section of Corolla. We loved staying here with our family. We made some memories I’ll cherish forever.- Posted: 5/26/2024
My family stayed for a week and we have 3 kids. The location to the beach was so easy for us to come and go. The pool was awesome, it was used everyday for many hours. The location to the shops and food lion was great and made it easy for us to walk there. The house was perfect size for my family but needed many updates inside. Last minute decision to come to Corolla for vacation. This house was perfect for us - parents and 4 teenagers. Close to beach and all the shops. Perfect value for July.House was clean as well as the pool. Enjoyed that the house also had pool floats and beach buggy. We would definitely re-book this house!- Posted: 7/11/2023
We had a great vacation at this house. Two families with young children stayed for a week and the walk to the beach was very easy for our 5 yo kids and a short distance. I house was simple and clean and within walking distance to the food lion and local gas station. We would love to stay here again in the future.- Posted: 7/11/2023
We had two families stay here for a week and had a wonderful time. It was very clean and the pool was awesome. I loved that the bedrooms were on the first floor and living room and kitchen on the second, so when the kids were asleep the adults could hang out and not disturb them. Lots of balconies which was a bit unnerving for the little ones, but great to get ocean breezes. Short walk to beach. Staff very responsive as we had trouble with the charcoal grill and was brought a brand new gas grill. We would definitely come again.- Posted: 7/11/2023
