Nags Head, North Carolina (January 2014) – Village Realty welcomes Eddie Goodrich to the Village Realty Sales Team at their Nags Head office.  A native and lifelong resident of North Carolina, he graduated from Oak City High School in 1968 and from Atlantic Christian College in 1972. He vacationed on the Outer Banks his entire life.

Eddie began his career in real estate in 1978 and has been involved in land development and real estate brokerage on the Outer Banks since 1983.  His current involvement includes MoonGate in the Village at Nags Head, which consists of 14 single family lots. 

Eddie was also in part instrumental in bringing the Outer Banks Hospital and Spring Arbor Assisted Living Facility to the Outer Banks and is one of the owners and the manager of the Public Utility Sewer System in the Town of Kill Devil Hills, a state-of-the-art reclamation re-use quality waste water treatment plan permitted by the State of North Carolina and regulated by the North Carolina Utilities Commission. The facility serves hundreds of customers including shopping centers, schools, hotels, restaurants, various businesses, multifamily and single family residences.

Goodrich and his wife Sue are year ‘round residents of the area and founders of Outer Banks Rum Cakes.  Good stuff and very popular with visitors and the locals.
