"I had a reservation for PI74: La Fleur de Mer from Sep 8, 2024 to Sep 15, 2024. We greatly enjoyed the house. It was clean, well furnished, elevator worked great and the pool was wonderful. My interaction with Village Realty staff was always professional, prompt and helpful. There were only a few minor issues with the house. A few of the doors to the back deck would not lock; the humidity in the bottom floor was a bit high; the recreation room was too crowded game tables. We would rent this house again."

Lots of space for everyone, and the great long dining table (not shown in the website photos) was perfect for our evening meals all together. Village realty was so easy to work with. Gas station directly next door was not an issue, and neither was the main road we stayed off of. Enjoyed having a clean, bug-free rental. Would definitely book through Village Realty again!"

"Village Realty was wonderful with a seamless check in and check out. We stayed at Banks For The Memories 669 High Sand Dune Court in Corolla . The house was beautiful and very clean! The pool was very clean as well. Views were beautiful. And the neighborhood was beautiful as well as well. We did not use the propane grill as the location was outside of the fence and not convenient. The only thing was the previous renters had Broken three of the blinds on three of the doors leading out to the porches and the pool as well as two broken chairs . We realized this could not have been fixed before our stay. Also Housekeeping did not finish till almost 6:00 p.m. a little disappointing but we realize things happen . We put our groceries in the fridge and just hung out at the pool until they left. We were just so happy that the house was so clean! A terrific and wonderful place to stay for sure!"
