Welcome to our annual Outer Banks Photo Contest! Whether you’re a seasoned photographer or an enthusiastic visitor, we invite you to share your best Outer Banks photo to compete for an exciting prize! 

This is more than just a contest; it’s a celebration of Outer Banks’ natural allure and your artistic expression. So, select your best shot! We’re excited to see the Outer Banks through your lens. Grab your camera and let the shores of the Outer Banks inspire your masterpiece! 

The winner will be meticulously selected by our staff and notified via email used during the submission. Be sure to follow our Facebook Page and Instagram Page, we’ll announce the grand prize winner there as well.

Who Can Enter? 

The contest is open to everyone – whether you’re a local resident, a visitor, or a professional photographer. If you have a captivating photo of the Outer Banks, we want to see it! 

Prize Info: 

The winner of the 2024 Outer Banks Photo Contest will receive a choice between a 3-night off-season stay at one of Village Realty’s homes or $500 off any stay with us. This is your chance to enjoy the serene beauty of the Outer Banks, on us!  

Contest Rules: 

By submitting your photos, you agree to the Rules stated below:  

1. Photos must have been taken on the Outer Banks.  
2. Please submit photos in a High-Resolution JPG format.  
3. Entries will be judged on the subject matter, quality of image, and composition. So, pick your best photos for entry. You may enter as many photos as you like.  
4. Enter only photos taken by you or a family member and with permission of the family or other recognizable individuals in the photo.  
5. By submitting your photos, you grant Village Realty Holdings, LLC (Village Realty, Beach Retreats by Village Realty, Tar Heel Motel, See Sea Motel, First Colony Inn, The Castle B&B, Anchorage Inn and Marina, Bluff Shoal Motel) permission to use your photo submission(s) for use in any of its marketing, advertising, or promotional materials at its discretion without payment or any other consideration.  
6. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner.  
7. Please do not submit any photos that have timestamps or text added.  
8. By submitting an entry you agree to receive email communications from Village Realty. You may opt-out at any time.
