Excellent house with many amenities. All the appliances worked without issues. The extra large fridge in the bar area was very useful. And the elevator was useful for bringing up luggage and groceries. The only problems we had were mismatched TV remotes. It also appears all the home theater systems were disconnected when the TV's were converted from cable TV to streaming services which is a shame. Once we defrosted the bar area ice maker it worked very well. Overall, Village Realty was excellent to work with.- Posted: 1/4/2025

We really enjoyed the house. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in it. Three things - the master shower has a lot of mold in it this can easily be taken care of. The mattress on the master bed shifts easily and it feels like you are falling off the side of the bed when you are sleeping. Also, there needs to be an additional trash can or two. They were overflowing when we arrived on Saturday. We left them overflowing as well.- Posted: 8/31/2024

Great location. Loved the third and second deck view. Pool and service was awesome. Elevator was an added plus. Beach access climbing over dunes was tough. Public access was great but impossible to take our beach wagon loaded with our day of needs with steps. Had to resort to carrying items.
