Look no further than "LunaSea," a charming two-bedroom condo in Oyster Pointe ideal for couples and small families. This well-maintained first floor unit includes a private screened-in porch with sound and sunset views. Oyster Pointe is a hidden gem nestled among mature trees and features a community pool and tennis court. Nature-lovers will appreciate the walking and biking paths that run throughout the complex. The nearby public sound access on Canal Drive is the perfect place for launching kayaks to explore the marshes and wildlife of Colington Creek. The public beach access at 1st Street is only a 6-minute bike ride away, and also provides free parking for guests who'd prefer to drive.

Situated at Milepost 7.5, LunaSea is truly in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. You'll be within a mile radius of grocery stores, a movie theater, mini golf and fantastic dining options including The Jolly Roger and Goombays Grille & Raw Bar. The Wright Brothers National Memorial is also nearby - you can even get there on bikes using the bike path that connects 1st Street to Colington Road.

Can’t stay an entire week? LunaSea is available for short stays with flexible arrival/departure options. For guests who like to plan ahead, partial week stays (three-night minimum) can be reserved months in advance. Choose any day of the week for check-in and check-out.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Please note that grilling is not permitted at the condo or anywhere in the Oyster Pointe complex. Ask about our Military Discount.

We came down to the Outer Banks for a few days and this was the perfect sized condo and it was close to everything in Kill Devil Hills. The entire condo looked just like the pictures in the Airbnb listing too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at LunaSea. Quiet area, private and my kids loved the pool. Everything was clean, the host was very responsive and we enjoyed being off the main road for a little quieter stay, yet close to everything we wanted. We would book this property again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Luna Sea. Being tucked away on the quiet sound side of the island provided a nice relaxing break from city life. The condo was well cleaned and had plenty of room for all our guests. The screened-in porch was a major plus as we all took turns reading books to sounds of the bay. Having an in unit washer and dryer was also great, so we could do quick loads of laundry to get through the week or dry wet clothes in a pinch. The neighborhood is quiet and being able to walk to view of the sunset or check out the Wrights Brothers Memorial on a cloudy day was a treat. We all raved about how nice having access to a pool was to cool down from a day at the beach or take a dinner time dip. Check in and check out was a breeze, and there was ample parking for all three of our cars. We will most definitely be back at the Luna Sea next time we take a trip down to the Outer Banks.

We had a great stay at this unit. The screened porch was a great bonus. Proximity to the grocery store, restaurants, bike path, and area attractions was perfect for us. The kitchen was very well equipped and beds were comfortable. The unit was very clean and well maintained. We did feel that if the furniture in the main living area is really old and honestly not very comfortable. It seriously needs to be replaced. Otherwise this is a great and safe , quiet place to stay.
