Sea Pines

Sea Pines is located at the south end of Duck in a tranquil neighborhood with native pines and is within easy walking distance to the restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities that Duck Village has to offer. Community features include swimming pool, sunning deck, tennis court, shuffleboard court and private beach access with walkway. The community pool is open from May through October. Pool  (no lifeguard)  and tennis courts are accessible by gate code (no lifeguard).

The storage of campers, trailers, boats or other recreational vehicles shall be in such a manner so as to not constitute a visual nuisance. Campers, travel trailers, trucks, self-propelled mobile homes and other vehicles of that nature shall not be lived in while parked on a lot. Parking is permitted only upon the paved parking area of each home. NO on-street parking.
