The back of the house has is located on the beautiful 13th fairway of the Currituck Club that was designed by Rees Jones. Next to the house is a grass lot for perfect for lawn games so bring your bocce, corn hole or badminton sets.

Don't forget to venture out and take advantage of all the amenities the Currituck Club has to offer: a community pool nearby has a full-size pool and kiddie pool for the little ones, an equipped fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball, indoor game room and free trolley service to the beach access, among other services.
