"Just returned from a week at Sea Blue! My husband and I took 6 teenagers, and the house was perfectly comfortable and accommodating. Great central gathering space on the top floor, we ordered a seafood broil and had plenty of seating for all. The location is 5 minutes to beach or 5 minutes to convenience such as grocery store, ice cream, brewery, restaurants, etc. We ended up returning the golf cart rental since you can’t park your cart at the beach, and everything is quite walkable, there was no real need. The house has extra beach chairs, beach wagon, and floats (FYI). We left behind beach kick ball for the next family to enjoy. Only warning would be to ensure your kids wear flip flops when walking on the decks because there are nails sticking up. Also the grill is charcoal only. SO many steps, be ready to climb to unload your luggage and groceries. Would definitely stay again, loved it!"

"Perfect for families. We had 4 kids from 8 years - 9months and it was a great set up. The high chair and other kid items were definitely appreciated. The pool and hot tub were great amenities! The outdoor shower is around back, away from the pool!"

"Our stay was incredible and this house is easily assessable to the beach or bay, markets, stores and restaurants. Absolutely loved our stay. Only downside was the pool isn’t heated but that wouldn’t prevent us from returning again in the future!"

"The home was great and as described. Close to the beach, only a short walk up the block. There was a small issue with the internet, and it took longer than I expected to fix, but the folks renting the home made up for it. Overall a good stay, close to restaurants and shopping but also close to the beach. Best of both worlds."

"This was a beautiful home in a convenient location. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. Lots of seating on the deck, outside pool area, and hammocks. We did have a septic issue involving a toilet backing up on the first floor and they addressed the concern immediately. FYI to bring extra TP and paper towels but everything else was available. Definitely would come back!"

"We had a great time. It was a little early in the season so the pool was pretty cold, but everyone got in and had a great time anyway. Loved the close walk to the beach and shops are just a sort walk too. The outdoor sandbox was a big hit with the little ones. There was a plumbing issue on the last night in the basement but they responded quickly and sent maintenance after we checked out. Our long weekend was pretty quiet and we all had a great time."

"The Sea Blue property is beautifully maintained. The house is nicely decorated in beach deco and was extremely clean. The area is quiet and the beach very close. Shops are so close you can walk there. We had to contact Village Realty a couple of times. They were friendly and responsive. We had some storms and could not find the breaker box. The internet card was on the fridge and by the phone but we misread the instructions. The oven malfunctioned due to the storms. Simple stuff and easily solved. The hot tub was amazing and the stars are easy to see at night from this property. The wrap around decks and crows nest are a fun feature. Highly recommend this property. There were only four of us but we could have easily fit eight. The extra amenities for families are a high chair, stroller, games and tons of videos for kids. The wifi was fast and TVs throughout. The pool was open but it was still too chilly. Fun stay for sure!"

"We loved this house!! Adorable furnishings and extremely kid friendly!! Village Realty came out to repair the hot tub immediately upon our call/entry into the app. We also had a few light bulbs out and they came on a Sunday to replace - we are extremely happy with their customer service. The house was a perfect 5 minute beach walk - the house was missing a crock pot (as listed on the website) but we made do with the oven 🙂 just a heads up in case it needs replaced. Thank you for a wonderful, carefree stay!"
