New to the Village Realty program for 2025! Planning the perfect Outer Banks vacation is simple when you start with The Big Easy. A laid-back and hassle-free experience awaits you at this stunning Currituck Club home. Take a refreshing dip in the private pool, unwind with a soak in the bubbly hot tub, or simply kick off your flip flops and lounge in one of the three living areas. However you choose to spend your time, relaxation will be effortless at The Big Easy.

After a day at the beach, come home and let the good times roll in the comfortably furnished great room on the main level. It connects to a formal dining room that leads out both open and covered decks where you can soak up the sun or cool off in the shade. Back inside, get dinner started in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A peninsula offers plenty of prep space, bar seating and sight lines into the great room. With two dishwashers and two sinks, clean-up after a family feast will be a breeze.

After dinner, head downstairs for a round of foosball or to shoot pool on the billiard table in the garage. A kitchenette in the rec room is perfect for convenient drinks and snacks without having to go upstairs, and you can use the full-size fridge for storing extra groceries or the catch of the day. There's also a plush sectional sofa and TV for movie night or watching the big game. The rec room leads out to the backyard where you'll find the private pool and hot tub.

Back inside, over 3,400 square feet of living space and six bedrooms (including two king ensuites) will easily accommodate multiple or extended families. The top-level den serves as the home's third common area, so there's plenty of options for spreading out while still being under one roof.

During the summer months, you can park your car in the garage and leave it there for your entire stay if you'd like since the seasonal trolley will transport you throughout the community. This complimentary shuttle service will also take you to the beach where you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist with carrying all of your gear (Memorial Day - Labor Day). Back at the resort, choose from a variety of world-class amenities available exclusively to Currituck Club guests. The community's main clubhouse is within walking distance from the house and features a fitness center, outdoor pool, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard and volleyball. Golfers in your group can take advantage of exclusive discounts at the Currituck Club, an 18-hole championship course in Corolla designed by Rees Jones.
