SV09: Eighty-Sea

This is our second year in a row staying in this house. Last year we stayed 7 days, this year we stayed 10 days. We love it. It's a beautifully well kept home that is very accommodating. Large enough for our whole family to stay comfortably and have our own space. Extra blankets and pillows are a bonus as always. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need for your stay. Literally everything from a waffle maker to a hand mixer and any little Gadget you may need. The grill on the upper deck was a must have! Very short walk to the beach is awesome especially with little ones! The outside shower is great to get all the sand off before entering the house, my girls really enjoyed it! All around, a great 10 days we just spent in the Outerbanks! You won't be disappointed with this house.

The property was perfect for our foursome to each have our our own room. The common space was comfortable and spacious. The kitched was well stocked. The location was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice house. Very large and roomy for a family! It’s December and we came to surf fish. Fun time! The Blue Moon and Mulligan’s restaurants were both excellent!

Our stay was wonderful, location was great and had everything we needed to enjoy our family vacation. I would definitely recommend the house and Village Realty for your OBX vacation.

We loved the location of the house. It was super close to everything but tucked away in its own little bubble. The kitchen had just about anything you would need to cook anything your heart desires. The beds were confortable and the rooms were quite spacious. Definitely would stay here again!

Rlproperty was clean and well stocked with just about any kitchen item you can think of to need. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were surprisingly spacious. Would not recommend this one for anyone who has difficulty with stairs, but it`s obvious on the listing there are quite a few, so to me thats a non-issue. Super close to a beach acces, which was great for a quick trip to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at Eighty-Sea. Seven adults went on this trip, and we all had plenty of room to stay and mingle throughout the home. The rooms were clean, and appropriate amenities were included. The kitchen was huge and conducive to us making our own meals. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. The hosts were proactive and provided quick and easy instructions for check in and check out. We would stay here again!
